Cut from the tail of our 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised cattle, it’s ideal for braising, stewing, or simmering into hearty broths that nourish from the inside out. Oxtail comes from the tail of the beef and is a cut rich in gelatin. The marrow, surrounded by meat and fat, makes for great flavor when slow-cooked as a stew or braised.
