Sirloin steak is a very tender cut from the short loin section of the beef, it has great marbling for more flavor. Great pan-seared or grilled. Cut from the rear of a cow, Sirloin Steak is a classic for roasting, pan frying, or grilling. It packs a great flavor and is typically leaner than Ribeye.
